Michelle believes that true success is about more than just money.  Many clients have asked her why the name “Success Realty”?  Her reply is “To me, success is about giving excellent service in real estate back to my hometown and having a passion for what I do.  The best feeling in the world is received from counseling a first time home buyer and seeing the look on their faces when they successfully purchase their first home!  The next best feeling is being a part of their lives and their friend in the future!”

Michelle has 25+ years of real estate brokerage experience.  After years of being the managing broker for a large franchised brokerage with 3 offices, she opened Success Realty near Athens, Georgia to promote affordable home ownership opportunities in the Athens area and to offer both home ownership and career opportunities to the diverse population that Athens Georgia enjoys due to the influence of the University of Georgia.

Michelle is also a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser (License #6547) and the co-owner of Diversified Property Services with her husband, David.  Michelle brings extensive knowledge of the Athens, GA real estate market to the table through longevity in her real estate brokerage & real estate appraisal career and by being a native Athenian!

Success Realty offers 1st time homebuyers seminars on a bi-monthly schedule or as needed and has educational materials available in English, Spanish, Korean, Russian and several Chinese dialects available for our customers and clients.  Clients who speak English as a second language have many materials available to them to help with the home buying process and interpreters are usually available, as needed, to help!
